Wagyu.my is an online shop that sells wagyu meat exclusively for customer in Malaysia.

Our wagyu meat is imported from halal certified wagyu slaughterhouse in Japan. The body that approved the accreditation is Islamic Cultural Center of Religion Corporation and Muslim Professional Japan Association which both are recognised JAKIM’s foreign Halal certification bodies and authorities.

We deliver our product fresh from our cold facilities to your doorsteps with cool courier partner.

As for now, we only covered Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bharu. Please check the postcode availability first before proceed to order.

Unfortunately, address amendments are not allowed once your order has been shipped out.

The cost of delivery is FREE.

Customer may use online banking transaction or using Boost e-wallet for payment.

Yes, you can but you will need to call us on our hotline as soon as possible so that we won’t process your order. It is too late or we already send out the package, we unable to refund you.

In most cases, orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payments from you via BillPlz. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at wecare@wagyu.my and we’ll sort it out right away!

Yes, please fill in the contact form for custom order and our sales representative will contact you back.

Is preferable once received from our courier, customer must store in freezer with temperature below 4°C to maintain the meat freshness.

Delivery is within 2 to 3 working days.

For express delivery, please request at custom order form and we will get back to you.

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. It is advisable to check your junk mail as well.

Paid orders made before 1 pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

We always find that our customer satisfaction on our product is our top priority as the product itself is premium. But do not worry, we will replace and collect back the item from you.

Just customer need to report to us in 1 day after received the product with photo of the meat, invoice number and photo of consignment slip. We will replace the product in 5 to 7 days.  Please email us all required items at wecare@wagyu.my.

We also need customer to pack back the product in the same condition during the delivery.

We prefer the product to deliver at customer home or a place with cold storage facilities.

We truly apologize as COD is not applicable.

Assorted cuts are cuts with combination of parts of the cuts.

Good news! We are not charging any sales & services tax (SST).
