Return & Refund Policy

Wagyu.my is totally committed to customer satisfaction.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:

When you have returned our item to us and it is registered in our system, we will immediately send a request for a refund to your bank. Do kindly note that although the funds are instantly deducted from our account, certain banks may take 5 – 7 working days to process refunds into your account.

GENERAL REPLACEMENT POLICY:

All defective products qualify for a free replacement within 2 days from the date when you receive your order.

In the event that the product(s) delivered are damaged, defective or in an incorrect quantity, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 working days from the date you have received your order.

If you choose for a product replacement, our verified delivery service, will return to your delivery address and provide you with the same product or another product of similar value at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

We do not accept Returns, Refunds or Replacements after 2 days from when you receive your order.

For replacements, kindly email us at wecare@wagyu.my with a photo of your defective product attached as well as your invoice and shipping number. Please ensure that condition of the wagyu same as during delivery.

Clearance items are NOT eligible for return

Our ‘Return and Refund Policy’ shall be valid and enforceable unless otherwise required under the local laws
