Your order of fullblood Wagyu beef is just one shipment away! In order to ensure that your Company order reaches you in a timely manner with all product(s) in excellent condition, we’ve outlined the following guidelines.
Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship the next eligible business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.
COST AND CARRIERS
We do our best to minimize the cost of shipping. However, shipping perishable products is expensive. Instead of inflating the costs of our products, we allow you to choose your shipping method based on the exact shipping cost.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the distance your order needs to travel. All orders ship from our farm in Central Ohio.
Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed into a cardboard box lined with eco-friendly insulation. In order to maintain the integrity of the package contents, all beef products are packed with dry ice and/or gel packs. Orders will be delivered frozen or slightly thawed depending on the time in transit.
– OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (Highly Recommended)
With Overnight Shipping, Fullblood Wagyu beef products will arrive completely frozen. It is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated. In most cases, a portion of the dry ice is still solid (it hasn’t fully evaporated). Please follow the instructions for handling dry ice. These instructions are included in each package.
– EXPRESS 2-DAY SHIPPING
With Express 2-Day Shipping, Fullblood Wagyu beef products will arrive completely frozen OR partially thawed, due to the extended transit time. It is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated. With 2-Day Shipping, it is likely that all of the dry ice will have evaporated. The insulation will ensure that the product(s) remain cold. Please follow the instructions for handling dry ice. These instructions are included in each package.
– STANDARD 3-DAY SHIPPING
With Standard 3-day) Shipping, Fullblood Wagyu beef products will arrive mostly frozen OR partially thawed due to the extended transit time. It is likely that all of the dry ice will have evaporated. The insulation will ensure that the product(s) remain cold. Please follow the instructions for handling dry ice. These instructions are included in each package.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders placed on Monday (all day), Tuesday (all day), or Wednesday (before 3:00 PM EST) – Customers may select Overnight, Express or Standard Shipping.
Orders placed on Wednesday afternoon (after 3:00 PM EST) or Thursday (before 3:00 PM EST) – Customers may select Overnight Shipping. Express and Standard Shipping is NOT available due to the carrier limitations and transit times leading into the weekend and may not ship until the following Monday.
Orders placed on Thursday afternoon (after 3:00 PM EST), Friday (all day), Saturday (all day), or Sunday (all day) – Customers may select any Shipping option, but your order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping may be interrupted or delayed due to Federal holidays. If this occurs, your order will be shipped on the next available business day.
** IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES **
- We ship to qualifying addresses in the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
- Each individual order must ship to a single qualifying physical address
- All shipments require a street address.
- We’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- We are not responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order.
- Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions and/or acts of god.

PRODUCT PROCESSING INFORMATION
Due to the natural variance in the size of the Fullblood Wagyu at the time they are processed, there can be slight variations in shape, size, and/or weight with the cuts. If you require a cut(s) to be a specific weight or size, please contact customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Our team will work with you to ensure that your order is executed according to your parameters.
Our products do not contain additives or preservatives. It is normal for there to be slight variations in color depending on both the type of product ordered and the aging process (many of our Fullblood Wagyu beef cuts are both wet-aged and dry-aged).
